SYSMAN Account Locked(TIMED)

As usual I started using ORACLE 11GR2 on my Linux Machine as follows;
[oracle@localhost ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
SQL> startup open;
-Database Mounted
SQL> quit;
[oracle@localhost ~]$ lsnrctl start
-Listener Started
[oracle@localhost ~]$ emctl start dbconsole
Database Instance is OPEN, Listener is UP and Agent Connection SUCCEEDED. Then I tried connecting to ENTERPRISE MANAGER and it is not able to connect with following error.
“Enterprise Manager is not able to connect to the database instance. The state of the components are listed below.”

After several hours of research, I found the following solution and it worked perfectly and sharing with you.

STEP-1 :Check Enterprise Manager Log file
Location: /u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/localhost_orcl/sysman/log/
[oracle@localhost log]$  tail  -40 emoms.log
One of the log should be similar to the following;
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-28000: the account is locked

STEP-2: Check the status of SYSMAN user
SQL>SELECT account_status from dba_users where username=’SYSMAN’;
