SharePoint 2013: No ULS Logs anymore

You are in a situation where SharePoint doesn’t produce ULS logs anymore and you have no clue where it can come from…
Your latest logs don’t provide a specific reason*:

The application domain /LM/W3SVC/222709303/ROOT-1-130292112829283616 is unloading and going to be recycled.
Shutdown Reason: HostingEnvironment initiated shutdown HostingEnvironment caused shutdown
The application domain /LM/W3SVC/707790734/ROOT-2-130292112829283616 is unloading and going to be recycled.
Shutdown Reason: HostingEnvironment initiated shutdown HostingEnvironment caused shutdown
Proxy: AppDomain shutdown initiated
Proxy: Reason for shutdown was: HostingEnvironment
Now terminating ULS (w3wp.exe, onetnative.dll)
Now terminating ULS (w3wp.exe, Microsoft.Office.Server.Native.dll)

*For information, it occurred in my environment when I installed the April CU.
You checked the permission on the LOGS folder and it is correctly set:

And you haven’t found any entries in the Event Viewer…
What you can try is to unblock the Logs by changing the Logs path to a temporary folder and changing it back to the original Logs…
