Hurry Up and Wait.
Implementation of Work.com has proven to be a straight forward task in a technical manner. Setting up the licenses, Creating Badges and Performance Reviews are driven by little more than common sense. It is safe for me to say that if you are a System Administrator pushing Work.com out to your organization, you should have minimal issues. The primary hold up that can get in your way of moving is the internal dialogue among your executives. Once they realize that Work.com is less of a Performance Review system and more of a Performance Driver, they take a step back to determine the company’s guidelines and principles.
